Hello Fellow Retro Riders !
I'm expecting to have alot of questions relating to technical bits on my sierra 8) so I'm going to attempt to keep them all in this thread just for future reference !
have a picture of it just to get you going:
#1
It seems the rear wheels on the Sierra is sitting a bit further in the wheel arches than in the front, i would like to have them sticking out somewhat the same under each arch.
On the picture above i have tried to resolve this matter using 16mm spacers on each side. These spacers sadly had a bit of a side effect, seems the ballance was off and the car made a horrible noise when traveling over 110(kmh)...
Suddenly i got the urge for new wheels, and this is where my question forms.. does anyone know what the offset diffrence actually is front vs rear?
i have discs at front and drums at the back if that should matter?
#2 Solved.
Last year i liked having camber on the rear, this year... not so much...
i have been looking for some camber shims to correct this without any luck, so would greatly apreciate it if anyone could point me in the reight direction !

Solved with these:

I personally do not like them as they put bending loads on the bolts that hold the hub carriers on to the trailing arms.
Car looks in lovely condition by the way
