Another weekend is almost upon us. This weekend it should be the long await massive tidy up in the garage, which will mean a few more visits to the recycling centre and a delivery or two for the charity shop. I will also start looking at retro fitting my new dials into the old displays so I can get my dashboard back to OEM like goodness. Then some measuring and ordering of hose, outlet adapter flange, thermostat inlet and radiator hose. Also resisting the urge (and expense) or replacing the hoses James and I just replaced with braided equivalents and JIC connectors, just because it looks good What are you all up to?

Its getting pretty cold, so i'm gonna find something that involves heavy lifting or hammering. A general tidy up of the workshop is in order too!

A friend is going to come and help me with the clutch job on the Maserati, and a colleague will be checking out the unit to maybe bring his droptop E36 328i there. I foresee a nice array of grease-stained empty beer bottles by the end of the session

1: Sort the dodgy injector on the Combo CDTI van (edit - done today)
2: Check over the panda I have for sale (battery, brakes, fluids, etc).
3: Have a good look around the underneath of the Holden and see where it need the most attention first.
4: Do the brake pads/discs on the Pug 205.
5: Have a look at what my blue panda (see avatar) needs to get it back on the road.
6: Clear out the T25 camper of the interior, ready for the welding.

ECU is now installed into the GT, so all that I need to sort this weekend is the supercharger and then get some tuning done.

I have a full conversion to do on my new '85, with engine, gearbox, brakes, suspension, steering, electrics and interior trim all being upgraded. I'll be spending the weekend with the nipper as usual but I hope to make a start on it Monday.

Fit the new carb on the Subaru, along with a big service and new fuel lines and filters ahead of Monday when it goes on the rollers to get tuned up!
And finally fix the ecu wiring on the MX5 as it's driving me insane.

Minor stuff for me.Trying to track down a small water leak in the boot of the Eunos, seems to be gathering in the spare wheel area at the back corner. It's got a new hood, new rain rail and boot seals are perfect plus it sits under a half cover so it's got me stumped. Also need to cobble up some spring clips to refit the front mudspat on the puma where the missus tore it off reversing up a kerb.

Hopefully I'll be swapping the coilovers on my Bora tomorrow. The £149 JOM's gave up after 4 years. I'm giving the HotTuning ones a go this time New top mounts and bearings too.

1. Inspect the bonnet and boot lid that I had blasted last week, this will be done with fingers crossed. 2. Make a list of all the remaining welding left on the Mustang. 3. Selecting the smallest task out of this list and doing it so that I can cross something off. 4. Continue to believe that I can finish this weldathon by January and deliver to paint guy.
