I found this 'no negativity' rule to be a little strange at first too..... but the trick is to always make sure that your comment is balanced in that you make sure that you point out the positive stuff you like as well. So far I can't think of many cars that haven't had some redeeming factor I could use to reconcile my negativity with, but when the odd one comes along I just ignore the thread and look for something I find interesting.
Have to admit that on the one hand I don't like censorship.... but on the other, it does appear to starve forum flamers of material they can use to cause chaos, offence and general disruption to other users. Not saying that was your intention cos I had the same response a while ago when I criticised what I thought was a rediculous car. (Still think it was a POS)
