Very like Diamond Racing wheels. I've never heard of Bassett wheels, but they both cater for the same US racing market.

Basset, Diamond Racing, Aero and there are a few other brands of steel race wheels are popular on this side of the pond because they are avaliable in wide widths and at $50-75 each they are just about the cheapest custom wheels out there.
Here in the states there are only 2 or 3 places to get steel wheels widened and it runs well over $100 a wheel. Cheap circle track wheels give a similar look on a budget.
