Thinking of selling my Passat TDi. It is a cracking daily, in the past week I have racked up over £1k without it batting an eyelid and returning an av of 59MPG (average over the 15k I've put on it is 55)
Its currently got 116k on the clock (going up daily), masses of history with it inc a £450 cambelt service a couple of months back (at 111k), T&T until Sept,
Its lowered on weitec suspension (rides really well on them) and rolling on a set of bright orange porker telidails (15x7 ET52) on 25mm alloy adaptors (and a 5th telidial in the boot as well, but in primer. I'm told that the pump is veggy friendly if you wanted to run even cheaper fuel ). Also has a decent towbar with twin electrics.
Can also add in for the right price a pair of rear coilovers to get the back down level with the front (wietec kit is coil overs on the front and lowering springs/dampers on the back), a spare front wing (in dark blue) and some home smoked headlights.
There is a bit of rust in the arches, but the shell is sound and it will need a couple of tyres come the MOT (195/50/15 toyo proxies currently fitted). It is also missing the backbox (the exhaust finishes just after the rear axel), but you wouldn't notice it to hear it and my average MPG went up by 2 after removing it so I didn't replace it.
Price wise, £950 with the porkers or £800 with the stock steels.
Willing to PX or swap (but have no funds to add to a deal), ideally for either a E36 318is/ti, mk3 or mk4 fiesta or a K series Metro/R100 (only 3 doors), but anything that is petrol, fun and capable of 60 miles a day returning around 40 MPG considered. But must have at least a few months MOT/Tax on them
