Thanks for pointing me towards your thread; it's pretty epic.
Your wheels and ride hide looked great to me... something to aim for.
Going to keep and eye out for some springs for the front and go from there.
Also thinking about the Dturbo seats I've seen at the breakers.

Excellent choice.
We had a 1.4 match when my wife (2005) passed her test and we both remember it fondly.
It was pretty slow, but solid and reliable.

Fitted the 15x6 wheels today - went for 195-45-15 tyres. Can't see any rubbing on these back, maybe the lower profile helped or perhaps different offset?
Anyway, I'll keep an eye on them and see how it goes.

Thanks Mike. Just popped some tyres on - got 195-45-15s at the moment. I expected to need spacers but can't see them rubbing at all. Like thee way it drives on these - feels like it's stuck to the road. The back looks ok, but the front looks terribly high (probably not helped by the very light engine. Red front valance should help with the looks a bit.
Sprayed the centre caps grey for a slightly different look... I'll see how I feel. Originally planned white wheels but I'll wait and see.

Love what you have done with your 205!
I have just got one and bought some 15x6 steels for it (see reader's rides).
Looks like I'll need spacers on the back like you, did you have any issues at the front? Thanks.

Thanks for the help.
Just picked up some brand new steel wheels ffor it (15x6). Going to run them black with some Peugeot centre caps.
On the look out for a front balance and some seats too (driver's is ripped).
Been enjoying it today in the sun.
