Tbh there's so many choices I think it's utterly impossible to choose tyres for a daily nowerdays. If you're building a car for performance you can gauge off other peoples opinions somewhat but even then most people only have scant first hand experiance of what's avalible and base their opinions largely on what sounds good down the pub rather than proper scientific analysis..
I just buy from the low end of the mid range.. the nangkangs, komhos or other brand I have actually heard of rather than try and save litrally a few extra quid on somthing totally unheard of.. If your the kind of person buying double the price 'premium' tyres for an average daily car in think your probably a bit deluded personally.

You should be ok with a mini if you stay away from the rear quarters and roof.. (and maybe wings if fitted) if you can get to it with a DA sander it's generally best to leave it. If you want it bare metal it's easy to strip those bits by hand. Just blast the seams, floor and any rusty bits.
You just need a blaster who knows what they are doing. Go to one who does tractors all day and you may find you have trouble. You need somone who appreciates it's a car and needs some restraint..

Just get a 8.8 hex or 12.9 caphead (with an allen head) in the right length and diameter. You may have to get one longer than you actually need and cut it down to get the shank/threaded part the right lengths but it will be strong enough to do the job.
These are the most common bolts out there so you will have no trouble getting them. Try eBay.

I had a 106 for a few years and the main issue was the coil pack playing up. Initially because of dead plugs but even after fitting a new one it was never 100% in the wet.
Like all stuff that age. May aswell rag it around with fingers crossed. Even if the belt goes your not out of pocket.

Nothing inherently wrong with grp. They just get bad rep because people buy them expecting them to be mint and fit perfectly out the box like any pattern part they usually need alot of work if your looking to build a show car.

RR Weekender vs RR Gatheringslater

I'd certainly say you should do both if possible. I'd say the Weekender is more of a 'must' at the moment tho as the gathering has kind of become a bit 'samey'. It was better back in the day when the venue moved around a bit.. (i understand why its stayed at shelsey recently tho so not complaning as such)

Can mourn either of those two really. Rockingham was a dud from day 1. Built for racing no one wanted.

Bottom line is, if you already know what they are worth then you can advertise them all over the place, it really doesn't matter. If you don't know what they are worth you will have to auction them and I'm afraid that means eBay.
You can use eBay to find values if you shill bid stuff with a second account. I'm sure some dogooder will pop up on here acting horrified but really it's a good way to find the value without having to pay any fees. (The sale can be cancelled afterwards)
There's some pretty dubious advice on here already but that's basically what it comes down to.

I always liked the GT40 on GT2. As far as game play went it took just the right level of skill to drive it. The Escudo was fast but just too easy.
I bought a PS2 just to play GT4 but never got into it quite as much as 2..

Depends what you want. Trickle chargers do just that, trickle. Only good for long charges and maintenance.
I'd get a small start/charge. It will do everything then from normal charging at low amps right up to getting you out the curse word when the car won't start in the morning. I just bought a Chinese one. There's not much too them so little chance they will break.

I use jizer. It's doesn't work out too expensive as I effectively use it three times. In my clean tank, then dirty tank then pre wash before steam cleaning. Also good for thinning veg oil down for the car in the winter lol.
