is it the 1.7 intercooler turbo? picked up 460cd saloon for a mate of mine on sunday aswell mint and red.. ;D
All i say There FasT tey have the 4x100 wheel fitment , Et 35 - 42 and a bore size 52.1mm
which makes it easy and cheep to get a nice set of wheels strait on with some spigot rings

Yay! soo many, thanks for the help guys. will sit down and make some phone calls tomorrow for quotes.
the other thing thats lurking about in my head is that. how would i have to go about if, I were to put it on classic car insurance do they provide for modified cars? because they say they can insure cars before 1995 and this is a l reg corsa one of those first ones.
definately not worth putting it on monthly payments always end up paying way more then the policy o.O

This might be a silly Queston but ill still ask. why is it that on these old drag race cars the driver was sitting behind/over the rear diff of the car? nice looking at these old pictures brings back memorys when we used to go to watch the East african safari rally, and used the old film cameras to take pictures trying not to waste the shots. taking pictures and realising that you missed the car when you get them processed. so much easier these days.... |

;D hi all...
I have just finished an engine conversion for a corsa b 1.2 ls. droped in a 1.6 engine from a astra and installed a power steering from a corsa c.
The company i was insuring the car had everything coverd before the wheels, suspension, induction, exaust system, seats. Now insurers say they can not do it anymore becase they don't have a corsa 1.6 ls on their system, so the car is now off the road till I get that sorted.
Can't get the insurance because the car was not on their system, can get the details on the logbook changed because they need a mot cant get the mot because don't have insurance, its taking me in circles. i was looking around for an insurance company that can provide for a modified car. I have looked around but could you suggest any?

hmm this place surely moves fast, but thats the beauty. You never get bored at that lecture, ;D or at the work desk. (trust you don't want to be on a forum that moves slowly there Boring). personaly I have not had a problem using the search, infact i believe its awsome you can find posts you never even knew existed. if cant find what you looking for make the result size bigger, if its too slow getting a faster pc does the trick. manual rotary draw bender. works ok but upgrading to a full hydraulic one in a couple of weeks oo ok, yea i was wondering how you were getting those neat bends, its just that i got this hydralic bender (the jack operated one) and it kinks the pipe from the inner middle of the bend and smashes the outer part of the bend. is that somthing I'm doing wrong? |

oo niceee.... master of fabrication! oo that is close to me aswell i study at brunel..lol what do you use for bending the pipes/tubes? is it a mandrel bender or a hydraulic bender? |
