Evening chaps My old 67 F100 has no power brakes and is an upgrade I really wanted to do at some point! The unthinkable then happened keeping in mind the age of the truck and won a brake booster on ebay. The chap will not post it so wondered if any kind soul on RR was anywhere near Guildford to collect it for me! Hopefully, the RR pony express could help

Without sounding like from an episode of DIYSOS,my son is wheelchair bound so has never had the experience of driving or for that matter, sitting in the drivers seat. He is however enthralled by all things on wheels and has a healthy understanding of muscle cars and yankee stuff! Having said all that,I'm taking my 13 year old grandson for his first "early driver" session next weekend and me is hoping this could be the trigger in a love for cars too. We will soon see! www.youngdriver.eu/venues/central/nottingham_queens_driveJust a thought, as the father of disabled children too, there are motorcycle/ trikes built that can be ridden/driven from a wheelchair, I sat in one at an accessibility show in Manchester a few years ago, could be worth investigating if you think it's a solution? Sadly not mate, Duchenne muscular dystrophy so can't weight bear or anything like that. Thanks for the thoughts though!

Having had to answer this question many times over the years and to be fair, not really wanting for much now that I'm getting on a bit! Anyhoo, as running two thirsty children namely Miss LS400 and Master F100, from now on the my answer to the above will be a gift card for petrol . Now this may sound weird but as I love my hobby and I don't want any fluffy dice from anyone, fuel to enjoy in my children is the answer!
Now to test this at Christmas

I think it's a concern but ultimately one only you can gauge the risk on. It's fair to say that if this practice is indeed rife, it could even happen at a local car show too. Sadly it's down to the best security you can muster to protect your car.

The fun, advice and general waffling is well worth £20. Paid and so hopefully we get to 100 so the F100 can have its new sticker!

Yup, a good laugh in all fairness! Reckon it's growing on me far more than other post Clarkson shows. Liked seeing the Lexus motor in the Overtaker!

Like many of us, projects are often worked on in the drive, on the verge or in other words in full sight of all to see. I suppose it has to blend with my mood for the day but that time when you are really struggling or deep in thought with yer hands oily etc etc and someone "drops" by to say hi or in the case of my mates, talk the bulls you know what for an hour! Now these good folk can often be blessings with an abundance of advice and "I would have done it this way" comments but on the other hand and especially during the short days of winter, they can be time thieves . In recent months, the F100 has attracted many a said visitor often on their way home from the local pub which is about 200 metres from Brachunky house. More recently, a camper I have begun seems to be even more of a reason to stop for a natter. Now I do enjoy a good chat as many do but holy cow, I hope they are not psychic and can read my thoughts of "will you sod off please and let me carry on!"
I believe I may become a grumpy midlander if this carries on!
