I had a complete brand new Cosworth fuel cradle set up that got sold along with anything that wasn't nailed down to help fund my engine purchase - a dumb move in retrospect

I paint stripped and the citric acid dipped the whole lot, the main cradle is surprisingly good along with filter bracket and the rest is scrap, my brother kindly made me a new stainless steel pump base as he works in sheet metal.

The up-rated pump www.deatschwerks.com/sites/www.deatschwerks.com/files/DATA/DW350il%20Tech%20Sheet.pdf wouldn't of fitted the Cossy bracket properly anyway so I came up with a new design that holds the pump by only touching it with O rings and will fit the standard cradle.

Pump has around 0.5mm clearance in the bracket.

Over 20 hours of machining later it fits OK

Now I have a load of aluminium polishing to do before I send all the new parts off for anodising...
