Anyone care to offer some advice by way of a how too?
Long term plan for the Monza was TNT Orange but I'm thinking Camo for an interim provided
- It can be done in a normal house garage
- It's achievable with a half decent finish and minimal expense
So are we talking brush-on or paint spray/gun
Anyone any good at Pshops care to take a go - I daren't even post my half asssed attempt!!!

For real 'military vehciles we just brush paint, then to stop moisture being absorbed by the 'matt' paint when dry a few days later we rub over with a diesel and oil soaked rag.

Brush paint is good..... very good It'll be over old paint with just a light rub down to key it so it sticks It's just an idea I'm playing with not something for long term unless of course I really like it!!!

Hmmm .... Opel in Camo Reminds one of the 'BRIXMIS' version used in the 1980's around former 'East Germany' (complete with the 'Trabbie lights') for night driving

Hmmm .... DarrenW That looks right, but the original was 4x4 (I kid you not!) and there was sometimes (very badily) mounted Trabbie lights on the rear bumper. It may be an original one but just doesn't seem high enough

...but I've now just noticed the sump guard which looks as it did.
