	I usually fib about what car I got the parts from. If I tell them it's from a Mercedes they double the price. I might get caught out by an on-the-ball scrap guy one day, but most things look pretty universal.

	i'm quite pally with the guys at the 3 yards near me i buy petrol for £10 for 25litres, they'll remove AND deliver engines for me (£40-60 each), sell me alloys for the scrap value, phone me if owt interesting is gonna come in, etc. i've had scrappers complete off them for 50quid and broken them on site and left the shell. i had my '73 bug and '81 mini off them for £300/pair. i've even had scrappers dropped off down there to break and left my unwanted stuff for them to weigh in.
