make it somewhere northish and I reckon I can commit, means I can get another rusty car and hide it from the old trouble 'n' strife... if there's some paying work going on to help with costs that sounds good to me.

edit - it's also just occurred to me, could make a few pennies buying dirt cheap rusty mot failures and bodging them through MOTs with a bit of a torch-wielding....

that's the spirit dude! And I prefer the term 'customise' to 'bodge'.... Or recycle, it's very popular these days!

i like it. it's not roughing some barely roadworthy old banger through another mot, it's 'sustainable motoring'...

North would be good for me, what areas are you considering at the moment?
I do bodywork for a living so the odd PJ can go towards costs too..

Hi
I live in the East but willing to travel North.
Not in the trade, just looking for somewhere to work on projects, loiter or give a hand where it's needed. I want to work on my E30 due to i'ts rattling bottom end, saggy suspeension, whiny diff.... Happy to help find a premises and put in the graft to get it sorted.
