As some of you know. I have a Mini on Ebay. mr x 139 positive bid to 500 but this morning mr y with one positive feedback has up the stakes by ten quid.
What would you do in this situation? I've been messed about on Ebay before and if mr y did I'd want to kill him. At least mr x has some sort of guarantee with his high feedback.
Any suggestions?

If he is willing to match your expectation of what its worth then why not. There are still plenty of people around who haven't used ebay and you gotta start somewhere. I personally haven't had any probs on ebay from buyers or sellers but there are bad stories around. Exchange a few emails with him, if he seems genuinly interested then I'd say its not a problem

everyone has to start somewhere, let mr Y have his chance, there's always second chance offer for Mr X should Mr Y be a messer.

Contact Mr Y, ask for a landline number where he can be contacted. If he doesnt come up with it, remove bid,
