I`ve mentioned this in another thread, and already have a couple of people interested.
I`ve committed to rent a good sized unit within a barn in Chesterfield. It will have power sockets, lighting, access to water and is secure. No restrictions on times you can be there either which is a bonus!
It will be available from April 1st, and I`m looking to rent about 5 spaces out to people for their cars. I`ll be paying rent on the whole unit, but don`t need all the space. i`d be looking for £10 a week for a car. There`ll be plenty of space to work on the cars if needed, and no doubt a good bit of banter/help if I manage to get 5 lads/lasses together who all have their cars to work on.
I`ll be using it to store a trailer, a few cars and to strip some other cars for parts.
Flooring is not concreted, but the farmer is laying pilings and rolling them, so will be a pretty even surface.
