Nuts have been sourced, so hopefully this weekend will see it sat some stock wheels. Ive never, ever looked forward to removing alloys before. However, I might look into having these refurbed as they do fill the arches quite nicely (or, would do with a couple of inches out of the rideheight) Also, been buying uber cheap audio gear, only bidding on 99p auctions within a 15mile radius has bagged me some once-expensive pioneers for the front doors, an impressive looking twin cone, ported speaker box for the boot and some 250w 6x9s Gonna chuck it all together so I can listen to Sam Cooke, Supertramp and ELO really loud and clear

It's a really nice car, this! Good seeing it at the Limes a while back. I agree a wheel change will make a difference. I keep thinking about Borbet A's...
And old, high quality audio is FTW! I'm currently on the look-out for some high-end speakers going cheap on flea-bay.

Sorry engine will be toast , you can take the cam cover off and see if cam shaft is broken or bent though. If it is you'll need a new head. But don't get one untill you have taken old one off to check that piston con rods aren't bent then its a new engine or car. Sorry dude.
