Stunning car.  I love 911's and always have done ever since I was a kid. I was never drawn to the usual exotica of Lambo/Ferrari etc. for me its always been about the 911. Having said that, Porsche didn't get it right all the time IMO. I don't like Targa or Convertible models and some of the rather "white" examples from the 80's yuppy era were a bit err white! |

Sweet car - 993s are the last of the air cooled 'real' 911s. I almost owned one of these a couple of years ago, but as it was LHD i bottled out and lost £500 deposit.
Often mistaken for the bad boys 911, but that was a 964 turbo with widebody.

Nice car. I think owning a Porsche would confuse me though, as there is nothing which needs fixing or improving! Fixing up a bug keeps me busy, lol.

well after having the genuine 993RS front splitters on since long before I bought the 993,I'd always hankered after the GT2 front spoiler as I personally think it is more cohesive styling wise with the rest of the RS aerokit that is fitted to the car,so while prowling on ebay one night I spotted a Polish company offering a replica GT2 front spoiler in one piece for 25% of the cost of the real deal,so bought it and gave it to a local bodyshop to paint and fit,being a copy its not going to be an outstanding fit but the bodyshop guy said it was a decent copy and didnt give him too much hassle to fit,while it was in I also got him to give the window frames on the door a quick going over with satin black due to them having some minor corrosion issues anyway here is what the RS splitters looked like on the car  and here is what the car looks like with the GT2 replica spoiler fitted   |
