Went to Gurston Down for a couple of rounds of the British Hillclimb Championship today, took the drive down in my brothers Caterham And saw the strangest thing just outside Salisbury Parked up with a few tasty cars Then spent the day watching Formula 1 race up the garden path 967metres in under 26 seconds There was also a few retro rides taking part as well The rest of the photos are in the "motorsport section" of www.speedman29.co.uk/

I go to Gurston a lot, it's one of the nicest venues at the moment I would say. Its a nice drive there from Berksire as well!

Was a good day out, we went down to Basingstoke, then A303 to Salisbury, some nice roads and plenty of overtaking opportunities too They've got a driving school at Gurston to learn the basic of Hillclimbing, I was quite tempted until we watched one of the single seaters loose it in Hollow Bend and run up the bank and flip over, lucky he made it back onto 4 wheels

Just watching the DVD I bought with highlights from last years meet, just sat down to watch it. Some amazing onboard runs, blinding speed and they just flashed a few stats up on the screen 0-60foot 1.65seconds 0-62mph 1.92seconds 131mph bottom of the hill
