Cursing myself for being so stupid as to forget it - only because while I grabbed a coffee at the M1 Donnington services In pulls in a Renault Alpine followed by a Renault 5 Turbo 2!!! How rare is that!!! Both looked in superb order and sounded wonderfull

I've found that the best spots always happen when i don't have my camera on me, when i take it out i'm lucky if i see anything interesting at all..

For this reason I bought myself a second camera which is with me at all times, even just a wander into town at lunchtime. Recent DIY missions to Homebase been excellent for spotting recently!
However, you then get frustrated about the cars you saw when on the move that you still can't photograph, like the clean looking FE Victor estate in Norwich on Saturday.

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

I won't be there when you cross the road, so always use the Green Cross Code.

Hi Guys, I did go to the French Car Day in the yellow A310 (pretty cr4p event) but didn't go into donnington services and wasn't with an R5 Turbo 2.
Club Alpine Renault had a 'drive in the country' thing near donnington, but I don't think they had any yellow A310s there. I passed a blue A310 on the way up and had a few GTAs, A110s, Clio V6s and the same blue A310 pass me in the opposite direction on the east bound road from jct 20.
It was probably an A610 (there are a few of them in yellow ).
Cheers Andy
