I know this is not exactly retro yet but will make a cheap to run reliable daily for someone.
Only selling as I have got my project car on the road and have no need for 2 cars. I have owned this car for a year and it has never missed a beat, including on a 1500 mile road trip round europe. I've had a few of these now and this one is easily the most economical, doing a real-world 50mpg. Fuel pump and turbo are all standard but it pulls and drives as it should.

Watertight interior (sometimes a problem in 5drs)

Low mileage for age: 124,646
Numberplate (5URF) is worth some money. Put it on ebay for a laugh and it fetched £250 but the sale fell through

Ace on the motorway and not too bad on country roads
BAD POINTS
Drips a bit of oil.I have sorted most of the leaking pipes but there is still a bit coming out from somewhere
Squeals when cold. Has always done this and I thought one of the bearings in the alternator belt cicuit was going to break, but it never has. It is kind of annoying though
A few bits of cosmetic damage to the rear quarters. Can email detailed pics.
