I've been looking for a 190D diff & shafts for an age but (until now) have found nothing
Marvelously I have located a suitable vehicle being broken in Birmingham but the guy doesn't seem to know anything about anything and is reluctant to be even remotely helpful 
people don't seem to actually want to sell things sometimes..
Here's the conundrum - the diff ratio should be the one I'm looking for but I'd like to check first before committing to spending monies I don't really have. If it's the original diff for the car it should be but unfortunately they're so interchangeable on W201's that there's nothing to say for sure (the diff in mine is completely the opposite end of the ratio spectrum to what it had originally..)
So, is there anyone in Birmingham who could spare a bit of time to take a look and confirm the ratio for me? Beer monies available (or even more beer monies if you fancy pulling it off & dragging it home) ;D
