Decided to give up my Units as only have the two motors left and was way too big for me. *note. Iam not in anyway an agent for the Landlord just giving someone else the oppertunity* Compound comprises of 4 seperate units, office toilet and kitchen. with a external graveled area to the front. Just off A71 at Cumnock Anywho heres some pics       Was costing me about £400 a month, but was due an increase. Landlords a good bloke, will pass on his number if anyones interested just pm me. Is an awesome big unit, no one to bother you, i used to be there at times till 2 in the morning working away. Spraying, welding reving motors up and not a peep from anyone. Also the Gravel bit at the fronts great for having motors parked for sale or just extra parkin for at least another 10 motors!!! In another unit now lucky if it will hold 3 motors  No Painting, No Welding. But just couldn't justify all that space when i was only doing my own motors. |
