Is there anyone in the Hampshire (Winchester, Southampton) area that has an engine stand and a hoist I could borrow/rent for the weekend of the 19th & 20th of Feb? Please let me know as I can’t really afford to buy them and I hope not to be changing the engine again anytime soon! I want to replace my current 2.8 V6 with another. I want to clean, paint and replace the gaskets on the new engine and then install. I’m going to ask a friend of mine tonight as he might have some equipment I can borrow but just wanted to test the water.

. I would definitely be willing to pay you some beer monies and petrol for your trouble if that’s ok. I’m picking the Engine up this Sunday so will give you a PM then.
