Talking of '3 wheeled' stuff I saw a Bond Bug on the way to work this morning, I didn't know there was any where I lived.

Interesting machine! ;D Any details on it? Maker, powerplant etc please? This was a teenage desire of mine until I was warned by an older cousin that they were phenomenally dangerous at speed!

Sorry, I think I misled you there. I was interested in finding out more on the car in the first post.

replicar made it.the engine was a 50cc scooter engine I think. It was made for 16 year olds to be able to drive. Would be cool with a 600 bike engine in the back.
There was also a 2 seater version

Sorry, I think I misled you there. I was interested in finding out more on the car in the first post. I think I still have the original sales brochure ( sheet ) somwhere if I get chance I'll have a look for it over the weekend. Replicar did make it , it was driven by a 50cc scooter engine of the day , Suzuki I think. a 125cc engine would have been a better option , but the 50cc thing was to get 16 year olds on the road and probably off bikes.

I wish they'd make something like that nowadays or i at least wish something was available.
I'd drive a 50cc/125cc fibreglass car anyday, something like a peel p50 would be great.
Beats falling off a bike anyday.
