Hi!
This was recently featured in a german magazine... It's huge, it's very odd, it's verry rare, it's verry unusual - it's the Mohs Ostentatienne Opera Sedan ;D
Mohs was an automobile make built by the Mohs Seaplane Corporation of Madison, Wisconsin (USA). Bruce Mohs, the company founder, built limited-production automobiles on chassis built to custom specifications by the International Harvester Company. Automobiles by Mohs were built between 1967 and 1979.
The Ostentatienne Opera Sedan had a weight of 2,600kg and sat on a (3.02m wheelbase. Tires for the vehicle were nitrogen filled 7.50”x20” (USA) to cope with the huge loads. The Ostentatienne was powered by an International Harvester truck engine. The special part is: Entry into the car was only from the rear; solid steel side rails designed to protect passengers during a crash prevented doors along the vehicles sides.
The Ostentatienne could be ordered customized to suit its buyer’s wishes; Ming styled oriental rugs, refrigerators and sealed beam taillights were some of the options available. Production is estimated at three to four vehicles per year. (source: wikipedia)
One of those special cars is currently being restored by two Highshools, pictures & text are here (bit hard to overlook hence individual links):
