this is a bit of a vague question, but its for a fairly vague idea 
. a couple years ago my dad and i put up a timber building to store his classics. basically a big 5 bay garage.
anyway he has a bit of land and he had the idea to put up some more timber building with electric and water and renting them out as workshops. the idea is to have a couple buildings opposite each other with about 6 workshops each side, and maybe a social area. I'm just trying to find out, what sort of size would be ideal for each workshop and an idea how much each could generate in rent?
