I put an advert in the local gumtree a while back looking for a workshop around Ayrshire.
A guy e-mailed me the other day saying he has some space with..
"24hr access, power, lighting, heating and toilets - Even a bloody crane!" and "I could give you exclusive use of a totally seperate workshop and fenced compound attatched to it for £200pm "
Typically it's in Kirkintilloch, which is just too far away from me as I'd end up filling it with rusting tat that I'd never visit.
