Hi All,
Looking to rent out my house in Allenton,Derby.
Has a large garage at the back,enough room round the back for an additional 3 or 4 cars,and space at the front for another 2!
House is a 3 bedroomed semi.
i now live in Lincoln but have kept the house.
Just looking to cover the Mortgage on it which is £470 at the moment.
Sounds a bit random but i thought i'd give it a try on here!

3 bed semi for £470 pcm!?!?! Man alive if that was around here it would be well over £1000 probably nearer £1250!!! Each of the three bed semi's i've rented were way over that £900 minimum (£300 per bedroom unless they are quite small). I'd be tempted to up the price but i don't know what demand there is in your area! Heck I'd be tempted to pay that to store 7 cars  |

if say 6 of ya needed to store/work on a car and somewhere to crash during/after that is a bargain at only £78 each!!!!
(plus bills obviously)

We are looking at moving house in December / Jan, long way off as it sounds a year can pass very quickly.
