Also bought a pre-converted loom and ECU, and purchased a 2.2 engine.
All I need now, is Cross member, some hoses, Bellhousing and clutch, the bellhousing is on order, so is the crossmemeber, so a clutch as really all I need, and obviously all the hose and bits of curse word you "forget" when converting a car/van
Oh joy, joy of joys.
Managed to knock a fair few quids of the asking price ;D, and I've gotta be honest, the loom really doesn't look that hard , so I may start converting them and knocking them out myself, starting with that 2.0 I got, then the engine will go in my 1302, or Sarahs beetle.
I you want some pics of the loom, I can prob post some on Tueday, but I fail to see how it's £300's worth of work (once removed from the car anyway!, it's only that horrid tape that is an issue!).
