We walked in the cold air
Freezing breath on a window pane
Lying and waiting
A man from eBay came on the plane
So mystic and soulful
A voice reaching out in a piercing cry
It stays with you until
The Mustang has gone only you and I
It means nothing to me
This means nothing to me
Oh, Vienna
So I end up picking the chap who's buying the Mustang up from the station in a neighbouring town, at which point we need to go find bank so he can change his Euros into GBP which took 2 attempts...
So he seemed to like the car well enough, handed over the cash and then attached a set of Hungarian number plates with some medical gauze tape he just happened to have in his suitcase...
So he's paid and departed. Now every car I hear go back I am convinced its him coming back... But he's been gone more than 2 hours now, so he's either happy enough with it, or has frozen to death at the side of the road somewhere.
** As I was typing this I got a phone call from him to ask if it is normal that it smells of petrol (which is a new one on me) and to ask what the red "high beam" light means, which I explained is headlights so he is still alive and moving.
I still think he's showing bravery to a point I cannot comprehend here.
He appears to have no Sat Nav and is navigating about using a series of hand written notes KFW style.
We are richer for these experiences, eh?
