Myself & a mate may be taking on a unit in Leeds to store all our fleets lol,
But, to help with costs, we may "rent out" a corner,
It will be big enough for you to work on your car, the unit is alarmed and there is electric and water.. You will be able to keep your car there and some parts, but mainly its somewhere to work work on it.. access will be nearly every night and most weekends, as long as me or mate is there, (stipulation of landlord)
We would be looking at around £150 per month, that will include power + water so you can wash your car to :-) .
The unit is a purpose built unit, which is on a little industrial estate, close to major routes.
It is secure with roller shutter and security door with alarm and security lights.
Inside there is a toilet and running water and loads of power points.
