the rear shot where the spoiler pretty much disappears into the roofline makes me think how amazing it would look without a spoiler.

Yeah, I kind of agree with you, and mkIVs do look great de-spoilered... but that absurdly massive wing is so iconic, I don't think I'd have the heart/nerve to remove it if it was my own car!

They drive beautifully mate. Not heavy enough to be un-handleable but enough to make it feel meaty behind a very direct wheel.
Quick and balanced..

It's a lovely car and it's very well photographed, but I can't help wishing that it was a bit more, well, stanced. If it's gonna carry the SW banner in the corner of the pictures I want it to have a hefty slam!

^^And the carefully contrived deterioration that SW always brings to the table. I would expect that too.
Being a fan.

Have you ever been on Stance Works TB? Most of the cars are immaculately tidy modern stuff, very few of the cars are untidy.
Think these are my favourite "modern" Japanese car, lovely shape.

That is absolutely lovely! If it were mine I'd want the fronts to be 1/2" further out (preferably extra dish, but purely better offset or least fave spacers would do) and change that twangy aerial for something else.
I'd think long and hard about running another small under-lip on the front too.
I don't like them without the spoiler personally, never have for some reason. Also yes, they drive pretty damn well, very solid, but quick and fun, while also being a capable cruiser. Great auto boxes too, but I'd still have a manual.

If it's gonna carry the SW banner in the corner of the pictures I want it to have a hefty slam! I actually think it's spot on, stance-wise.* but then I would. That rear spoiler, however, would be flying over the roof of my house like some oversize JDM boomerang. *Wow, looks like my PM dialogue with Mr Borroughs may have actually bourne fruit...

Second, I consider MB's featured personal cars to be "tidy", just the way I like my BM's. I've been to his website as many times as he's been to mine, in all likelihood...

That is jolly pleasing to the eye, I would have a little less width and a little more tyre (I umm and arr about stretch) shot from the back looks great, the ample wheel girth really fit the car well. Conclusion - only marred by the wheel lip having an argument with the tyre and no longer wanting to be in the same space as one another J

I'll take it just like that, but with correctly fitted tyres.

Ahh, that reminds me of my Supra LM in the original Gran Turismo. I've just got it in gt5 ;D (which is very good by the way, even if a lot, LOT harder than the first 4 games! Unlocking the top gear track nearly drove me insane!)
