How the hell did that (pseudo) 500 end up on its roof???
No glass, no skid marks.... It looks as if someone picked it up and placed it on its roof.

ha ha, the cars with the hardest life over here are those : killed by postmen It is unbelievable, what kind of abuse they get from their drivers; i was working for a Renault dealership and we almost started to stock gearboxes .... and when they are sold after 5 or 6 years, their second career is Pizza taxis...

According to the website I found the picture on a woman on her second lesson hit a gate post when turning out of a junction. She panicked and accelerated. It doesn't really make sense to me either?

Spare a thought for all the inconspicuous vehicles all over the world that have to transport mentally challenged people on a daily basis.... Working in a secure unit for the NHS we currently have one of these.... And one of these... And every day they put up with being urinated/crapped/sicked/spat in,they get ripped/chewed/eaten to bits inside, smashed windows, exterior parts forcibly removed never valeted inside or out and driven badly by numerous different people which normally sees them going to the garage for clutches and brakes every 6000 miles, thats not counting the many trips to kwik fit having been kerbed/verged/ditched and time spent in body repair shops........

If we're talking about hard-working vehicles then they don't get much harder working than Tom Kruse's truck. Tom Kruse was the outback mailman for the whole Birdsville track from the 1936 to 1957, using the same 1936 Leyland Badger for that time. The Birdsville track is at least 500km long each way and at the time it was an extremely rough dirt track, taking 1 week for each round trip. Back then mailmen delivered not only letters but also fuel, food and any other supplies which the rural properties needed.
