Firstly the fitter is a dangerous idiot. You can't (or you're not supposed to) fit tubes to '60' series tyres.
Secondly I understand people saying that 2nd hand tyres are dangerous but everytime you try/buy a second hand vehicle you're running on second hand tyres, unless obviously the vehicle comes with brand spanking new ones.
there's usually only main 2 reasons for selling cars boredom or something wrong with the car . to be honest most cars get sold with tires that are in desperate need of replacing anyway most sellers are just not that honest about the car that's being sold . service history or not there are some things that just are worth changing on most cars
wheels and or tires are one of the first things i change on most of my cars along with a full service .
