Meh, I have come across something I need to buy. I need somewhere to stash it while I break it. I think my loving wife and the neighbours would be taking it in turns with the pitchfork and flaming torches if I tried that here. I might be able to break it here if I can stash it for a bit or it would be bestest if I could stash it and break it in the same location. I would be happy to donate the shell to whoever stashes it so you can weigh it in for your troubles.
This is in part thinking out loud, just casting about to see what the options are... it might be best for a variety of reasons for it to come to my place and me just take the flak.

There's a space going here but it will cost (not a lot) for the space 'cos otherwise landlords get shirty. We're a bit closer to you Alistair so if I can help drop me a PM. Edit, you're welcome to break here too.
