	If you don't follow Adam Curtis, its well worth doing so as he has access to some awesome stuff from the BBC archives - the sort of stuff that never gets put on DVD or other release. I have discovered a lovely film from that time. Or, to be precise, from the moment when that rigid world was beginning to crumble, but no-one knew. It is a documentary made in 1977 that follows two men from British Leyland on a visit to the Togliatti car plant in the Soviet Union. Togliatti was the biggest car plant in the world. 	Thats amazing.. Nice find. Strange tho how even seeing the productivity didnt help BL.... Maybe if the bbc had aired it , Some of the bl workers might have upped the game a lil

	Wow that's a fantastic piece. You wouldn't believe how much the plant and the town around it remind me of the place I was working at in China a couple of years ago - though there are a lot of differences too. Excelent find

	Throughly enjoyed this snippet of history, thanks for bringing it to the board, Those russian managers/union men looked very menacing. If they say its christmas you would start singing carols. Also nice to see molly sugden serving coffee for the boys.
