I need a new back plate for my 1275 midget and they seem to be a bit thin on the ground.
Are there any A series guru's with intimate knowledge of the rear end?
I know the small engined ones are pressed and no good but some of the later morris 1000 plates are the same thickness as the 1275, these are readily available and half the price so my question is, Whats the difference?.
Could I adapt another plate, 1098 or 998 to fit?
It's a type 9 5 speed box thats going in.
The offending item
And another interesting place to leave an A series
