i am looking for a unit to rent / share in essex, ideally near brentwood/billericay/bas
3 phase needed. my brother and i have a load of machine tools including a cnc mill currently stored in lincs at our folks, it is just too far to travel and get stuff done.

there is a w/shop opposite mine in Thurrock just off the A13
700 ft2 £80pw + electrikery + rates (exempt ATM)
gated and cctv verry freindly people
I have 3ph in mine so i cant see why he cant put it in another

I live in Grays, am also looking for some workspace unit to rent/share. Let me know if you guys are up for sharing. No power tools myself yet, mainly looking for a place to keep out of the elements whilst doing some tidying work on my '96 F7r megane.
