ive done a drug testin stint; i got £800....
what i want to know is that man on the tv said everyone felt well rough, was passin out etc.... well i did all that!
They are now offering me £2000 for 21 days in an out hmmmm

LOL.. I won't die, three routine operations with a bit of a twist, while they are in there, they are gonna heat my windpipes up and scar them to stop my severe athsma attacks. (Bronical Thermoplasty if anyone fancies doing a google!) But if I DO die, I want to be burried in the bus.  I'm not in it for the financial gain (although they do pay for "inconvienience"), I'm in it cos I want to be able to ride a mountain bike again without fear of an attack  . Anyway, before this goes all VZi...... Anyone want to buy me a "get well soon" pressie? |

You have a right to ask what the drug is actually meant to do to you, and what it might do to you. Then you go and consult some medical journals before you do it. Well, thats what I'd do, but I'm not that hard-up yet... give it a couple more weeks of studooo life

Do they give you the money before the test? They should do, just in case it goes wrong and you die unexpectedly. Otherwise when are you gonna get the chance to spend it FFS?

Nope, money comes as a remit after the event.
As I said, I'm not in it for that, I just want a chance at a better quality of life at the moment .(I'm only interested in trials for people with severe breathing problems, as I can relate to that)
I'd not be lying if I said I'd do it for free, but the money that I get from it will be spent on retro motoring related goodness.
