Here's a selection of pics from today's show. if it is ok with hotwire, i'll send him them all to put in the site's gallery?
my camera actually broke this morning so i was using my dad's...meaning you might of noticed a huge increase in the actual quality of the photo's.
the sun was shining all day, fabulous weather. probably the best day we've had this year.
some interesting stuff their...a 2CV special thing. it was basically 2CV mechanicals but with a 1930s speedster GT body. interesting, what he'd done was turn the standard gearbox around and had that driving the final drive of another gearbox by chain. (will make sense in one of the pcis that i forgot to upload now!) all very cunning because the final drive was ina complete gearbox housing making it look supercharged from the front!
i spoke to another guy with a red/white Reliant Robin. He'd owned it since 1983 and still uses it daily
there was a Morgan 3 wheeler kit there using a Honda CX engine...couldnt help thinking that would be better with a Hyabussa engine.
All those Mini's were A-series powered
^ this was originally bought in turin by an english guy working in france. he bought it over to the UK when he moved back for his wife to drive. its since been converted to RHD. its the 1300 engine
^ one of my favorites
like i said, a selection. hope you enjoy them.
