Loverly. The bi-turbo's are really rare and expensive when they come up. There seems to be a few non turbo e34 B10's around for decent money recently thanks to the fact the e34's pretty unloved. I think they've got a tweaked M30 with 260bhp. I wouldn't say no.

I know someone who has one in his BMW collection; criminally he does only about 100 miles a year in it...

There's one that lives in Leicester near where my gf lived last year. Black with full Alpina stripe kit, which for me ruins it a little. Very subtle without the stripes.

E12 B2.8 very nice. Those thought have a stock M30B28 with an alpina exhaust. there was a UK only E28 version.
All old alpina's are nice. That E34 bi turbo has to be one of my dream cars however I would settle for an E28 B10 with alpina strips, how very 80's. In fact there is one for sale at £15k though.

Have you ever been in one? They're nuts - 360bhp and 380lb.ft, with manually adjustable boost, a flight deck like the Enterprise and more toys than Michael Jackson's guest room. no, but you'll know when I have. I'll be in the obituary "died of excitement..."

Yum... always liked the Alpinas, just seemed cooler than the M cars somehow.. Same. I think it's that kind of factory-approved backroom-tinkering thing, a bit more interesting than the M cars. I like the way they've taken a very different route to come up with the similar goal of a very fast BMW.

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.
