not seen that one yet,but i have had both "barclays" and "hsbc" asking me to update my accounts passwords and details, obviously a scam as i have never banked with them, but they both use a link throught to the pukka bank site after you've input details. that natwest scam is pretty feeble though.

That's a bloody awful scam, how stupid do they think the British public are? I mean I know it'd be a bit fascistic to expect everyone abroad to speak perfect English when it's not their language, but if I were going to try and con people, I'd probably do it in a language I could speak reasonably well, otherwise I'd be like these guys, as easy to see through as an empty window frame. Sad that people end up in such a desparate situation in Nigeria and elsewhere that some of them turn to that sort of rubbish to make a living, but a lot of these Nigerian scammers are still making a bloody awful attempt at it, I'd be very surprised if they do make a decent living out of gullible westerners.

I got that one too!,But I also get Chase bank on a daily basis,I don't have a "bank" account,I use a trade union credit union, but I think you will find that they are all sent from the USA, where the level of Literacy under Dubya has sunk to the level of Old testment early english... It will get worse after they invade Iran next week and ...and and...ands....NURSE wheres my medicine...... On a more interesting note,They HAVE sucked in Ozzies, some including a Docter James Wright have lost Millions,Dr Wright lost HUNDREDS of millions!and it was only a chance find by a FBI agent investigating a known scammer that the loss was disclosed. The stupidity of the scammers is only matched by the stupidity of the alleged victims

Many years ago I changed my driving style to cope with rising fuel prices; I have now reached the stage where I am contemplating keeping my eyes shut in order to lower wind resistance.
