	anyone know of a unit or land around birmingham area? looking to start up my own business, spoken with birmingham council but they said theres nothing avaliable atm. thanks

	i've found railway tunnels in town which i don't like, ideally want something out on a farm or something away from people and a relaxing place can't find anything atm though, don't want to pay crazy ammounts each month either.

	Seen the railway tunnels myself. I remember as a lad they were all motor type places, now they won't let you do any of that kinda stuff. Been searching the farm areas too with no joy. If you do find some or you need someone else to share the rent with, let me know

	yeah, i'm hoping to start my car spares business out of somewhere buying accident damaged fords and selling on the parts, so ill let you know how I get on finding somewhere, what are looking for one for, just personal use etc? what area are you in birmingham?

	Hi we are looking to do something similar soon , repairing and doin light restoration on classics , we would be interested in a lockup/unit share if you manage to find one , cant say ive had much luck so far in finding anything suitable though
