Cheers matey its getting there, the welders broken atm, so untill the bits come in the post to fix it i wont be able to do any structural work to it, i might just focus on fibreglass fillering the joints and sanding it down and everything, make it look pretty haha

Looking good!...you will find your welds much easier and cleaner if you clean all the paint off a good strip both sides before you weld.

Haha bike engines are where its at! But id like the reliability of a J car, should still go alright 6 sequential gears would be nice! I wonder if dad will lend me his 1000cc V twin out of his TL1000 that would go alright in the back

Right a little more, still need to finish the rear but run out of light so hopefully more will be done tommorow. De-seamed the rear Before: After (other side but its the same: Added another 2x2" box section for more ridgitiy and to finish the rear off: Shaped it: Capped the end: Gave it a quick spray so it doesnt rust to much over night untill it will hopefully be finished off: And the good thing about working outside in this temperature, is my Yazoo didnt get warm you cant have warm milkshake!

Well it was pretty much like working in a fridge, so the yazoo drinking conditions were perfect! And haha yeah it seems to put most people off, but ive found a way to get around it legally so its all good, although 'technically' it wont be a pickup, but hey ho, i may remove the rear boot lid and it may just so happen to resemble a pickup

Got a lil more done: Made up some new seat mounts so i can use mini seats and subframes so i have more variet of what seats i can put in it (has modified corsa seats on mini bucket seat subframes atm) And got some more done on the tailgate end: Fibreglass filler before sanding Done abit of sanding and gave it a quick spray over to do untill i finish it properly Please not this isnt the final paint job, i will be sanding it back and doing some fine fillering to smooth it all out nicely and it will have a decent paint job when i can get it in the garage or it gets abit warmer Opinionsss?

Ohh I'm not bored of it don't you worry and when i am bored of it, ill just make it faster haha, and it will be on the road properly eventually ANDD ive found out why it was sooo slow before, i removed the sound deadening from the floor and realised there was about an inch of dirt and grime under the accelerator pedal, so now it will actually rev properly! cheapest gain of probually 10bhp ever lol. Now it probually has 12bhp haha

Ill have to see when the next show is, it would be good to have it finished to a decent enough standard to actually bring it to a show for people to see
