1980 Triumph TR7 Premium in Black.
Up for sale is my TR7, moving to something a little more sensible as a daily.
Its been quite reliable and starts really well. The engine is not the strongest and uses a bit of oil but it has yet to fail me. It generally keeps its temp after I have flushed out the cooling system (with a mixture of 40% coolant, the rest water), and a few new pipes and temp sender.
Body wise, its quite good for the age (and BL) there is a strip of rust on the bottom of the passenger door (shown in pic) and the usual small bits of surface rust around the inside of the wheel arches. It had an advisory for some welding around the front suspension mounts, which will probably need doing for the mot (Jan-Feb time).
Also the Heater Matrix is currently not connected.
The full length sun roof works really well, and does not leak.
Interior is alright, looks good but the few bits of wear and tear.
It will come with the MGF alloys, but will probably need new tyres soonish. The 15" wheels really sharpen up the handling.
It has had a re-spray at some point and its not the best IMO but it polishes up really well.
As of this week, it has 6 Months Tax.
Anything else just ask. I have tried to be as honest as I can with the car. You are welcome to view the car.
Looking for £900.[/size
