Nice! I recognize that i200 - Rab Crow? Unfortunately the "i200" is just a replica, couldn't get hold of a real one, so built this to be as close as possible! Will be getting a 5 speed box and injection over the winter to complete it! I know of Rab trough the Manta owners club, but his is the real deal.

Some stunning cars there mate. What a fantastic line up! With regards the i200 Manta, what year were these built? It has the Manta C shell (4 slot front panel and GTE/GSI/Exclusive bodykit etc) yet appears to retain the old 4 speed box from the Manta B? I know the ultra rare GTJ Manta was a bitsa of B and C series cars during the change over '82/'83, is this from that sorta era? Whatever, it looks an absolutely superb example. Nova Sport is a corker too. Edit, just read the above - that explains a lot!

Bought in Cumbria about 4 years ago, only had 2 previous owners! Could do with a coat of paint, which it will get someday, but it's completely solid everywhere which is unusual! Only meant to be another 6 registered with DVLA too, so a bit of a rare one!

Is the Ascona B a Silver 2? Seriously rare if it is. I.ve got an A series Ascona estate WIP. Can't put any pics up cos I fail.

I can't say for certain that it is, but everything points to it being a Silver2, 1978 with 2.0 engine, ATS wheels, blue velour interior and obviously the Silver paint! Are you building the Ascona A estate with the Manta front?

Yup, that's me. If yours has a sliding steel sunroof it could well be a Silver 2. Should think there's every chance it's the only one left of the Asconas if it is. Nice line up of cars you have there.

Nice line up of cars you have there. Yeah the sunroof is there too! Now that you mention it, I've never seen another Ascona Silver2, seen a few Mantas, but no Asconas! That'll please my old fella! How are you getting on with your Ascona, seen a few pictures of it on the OMOC near the start, will be nice to see that complete!

Found the original build pic for my Ascona on the OMOC but pics don't work. It's progressing slowly due to lack of funds/ time/ mojo. It will get done though. I've parked it by the kitchen window as a reminder to get on with it!

Niiiice. Is that a Nova sport or just a pretend one? Just starting to like Novas. My brother has loved them since day 1 and has an xe'd 86 one mothballed.

Nova is the real deal, was a bit of a barn find! Last owner restored it and parked it up in his garage for over 10 years and never looked near it! I rescued it in April 09. Just rebuilt the engine this year so sitting pretty much perfect now!
