hey paul - and good to see another Durham lad on here. If you are in the City of Durham council area the person to talk to is Tracy Stone at Durham City Council - she is responsible for garage lettings - you don't need to be a tenant either, just a council tax payer in the DCC area. Her email addy is Tracy.Stone@durham.gov.uk. I currently rent 3 lockups from DCC - the only prob (well 2 probs really) is that they have no facilities in them - just a lockup, and you have to keep pestering Tracy as she is a busy girl George |

Thanks for that George was a bit surprised for a reply after all this time was beginnin to think i was the only retro fan up here ha will give tracy a mail as really thats all I'm after for the present just to get my motor somewhere dry.
I'm in sacriston if your ever passing or you have an old citroen to pass on to a loving home

No Citroen, although I did have at one time, a BX !!
I am in Brandon - so not THAT far away.
My interests are more on the 50's TBH
I am currently restoring a 1958 Standard 10 and a 1959 100e Ford Anglia.
Now they are REALLY retro!!

Never had a bx got a 93 zx 16 v,90 ax gt,93 mini,and a 78 spitfire 1500 at the moment but as i said space is getting a bit tight put my name down for a lockup but mine is with derwentside county council so we will wait and see what happens.
Love the british 50's motors myselfGeorge but you cant get them for decent money now although with the money ive spent i could probably had a decent one by now ha!
Good luck with looking for a unit chris if you come up with anything reasonable and you need someone to share the costs let me know i may be interested!
