Here's my second thread from the HRDs. The theme here is commercial vehicles.
Straight black Thames reminds me a little of Mr Torquer.
Clean and low. Nice F100
Patina and low! Works for me.
Elky looked pure as the driven snow. '66 is about my fave year for these too.
This Chevy looked nasty, sounded nasty and by golly it ran nasty too. my unreliable memory tells me this was running low 11s at about 120 mph.
Nice 'burb. Has a Bonneville push car front on it. Sweet.
Chevy in the weeds.
How does he get it so low?
Here's how.
Allegro made me chuckle.
Z-car Ute looked real sleepy until it filled both lanes and the neighbouring fields with tyre smoke.
sign writing says it all....
just perfect IMO
Anyone else remember the movie "Death Car on The Freeway"?
proper period paint!
appologies for the crappy pic, but this is too cool to delete.
"Big Job"?
Nice A100. Very nice.
Was going to save this for the "race cars" thread but its too cool not to put in here. It was L-O-U-D
Neat tow rig and race car combo
One of not many VWs
This is what they call a "mini-Winnie"
US one side, UK the other...
I'm in three minds about this. Its either a neat and subtle make over on the pickup or a really halfassed attempt at a street going gasser.
It was for sale too. Sorry, no details.
