Could someone please turn this TUG body onto my truck front end. I'm toying with the idea of making it a reality. I'm thinking about moving the axle forward to shorten the wheelbase and removing the lockers  I remember seeing that exact rig at the 1985? motor show. Awesome with the RS200 on the back. How's this? was easier to find a side on image - sorry it's a bit low-res but I think the idea is a goer...   |

That does look good, there was also the flareside rear body which I think they did on SWB Single cab and looks about the right size.

Well i lined up our work van next to my truck last night and the rear wheel of my truck sits behind the rear wheel of my work van, so i kinda guess that makes my truck a long wheelbase truck.
So if i do chop the the truck i have the work van as a reference for length ect. I think making the truck a short wheelbase van is out of the question as it would be a lot shorter. Not quite sure yet tho, need to align a short wheelbase next to my truck and see just how much shorter they are.

The curve on the side window lends itself to finishing in the Martini livery support Transits... |
