When I was trying to make it low the wheels went into the ground and the arches went weird so had to settle for the 4x4 spec that it's running now Best advice I can give you is this: With the Polygonal Lasso tool, cut the car out along the bottom and around the arches like this... Copy that and paste it on as a new layer. Then move that layer down and even move the front down rear up etc until it sits right. Crop the extra inch off the top of the image and: Hope that helps, but as I said it's all about practice

EmDee uses the same method I do, and I've been using Photoshop for nearly 20 years, so it must totally be right! In other news I have a request, so paging Curtis and octagonalpaul to the photoshop phone... Jaguar 420 please, would be interested in all sorts of stuff, but obviously lowrider would be a great start (please note, no I've not bought one, or am I about to, but I'm sad there are only a handful of modified ones)

Edit: One for Foxy... Hahaha ace! Bizarrely I've been looking for a nice 420/ MkX for about 6 months now. May just have a lead to a 67 MkX in white thats been laid up for 12 years after being a wedding car all of its life.

Isn't white the ideal undercoat for pink? I'm thinking yes.

EmDee and octagonalpaul thanks for the photoshops ... Hmmm I'm thinking that maybe there is a reason they aren't often modified, they appear to be a difficult shape to work with, that weird high front bumper thing going on

There's not a lot behind that front bumper. Perhaps some sort of spoiler or valance would help?

You don't need to do anything to that lovely slab of old American car you're collecting, it's already cool! EDIT: eeee, best rear lights! Did you decide against the Chevy in the end?

That's actually the same car. Chevy was too far gone for the money he wanted £3.5k! Floor & rigger were shot on passenger front floor & rear tubs too,too much work including full interior so decided it's best to walk away. The pacer is a lot more realistic, body work & a bit of welding, needs engine & box but has ull interior. Its also cooool.
